​What is it?
 The “CHANGE for Coaches Programme” is a 12 week online based programme to develop the skills of coaches. This programme will focus primarily on the ‘How’ to coach. A programme led by Gareth Moore, who has developed coach development skills to pass onto coaches within sport with a purpose and passion.
 
Duration
 The duration of the programme is 12 weeks. Starting in the first week of June, and ending at the end of August
 
What is involved
 The programme will consist of:
  • 9 videos on a coach development topics
  • 3 live chats
  • 1 hour of individualised coach development on request
 
The topics that will be covered include (but are not limited to):

  • Challenging your coaching identity (your values, beliefs, character strengths, philosophy)
  • What is important for the athlete
  • Individualised coaching plan
  • Coaching pedagogy (the coaching skills)
  • Connecting for impact
  • Giving feedback
 
Via the Moore Coaching Services NZ website you will have a log in to view all videos, and recorded live chats once the programme is complete, or if you are unable to attend. This means you have some part in your learning pace and can tailor the programme to work for you.  
 
How do I sign up?
 Really simple! Head to www.moorecsnz.co.nz and on the home page hit the “Register Now” button for the CHANGE for Coaches Programme. After filling out the form, you will be sent details of how to pay, and a link to access the videos on the website as they are uploaded.
 
You can sign up anytime, but before the 1st June would be more beneficial for you!
 
Cost
 All this for just $30. That is $3 a video, with the opportunity to connect, meet new people, and “CHANGE to be better tomorrow”.
